Pending investments
At any point during the investment(s) or account(s) opening process, select "Save & resume later" to save your current progress.
Please note that each saved investment(s) or account(s) will expire after 30 days.
1) Navigate to "Accounts" in the main menu. Under "New investments", select "View pending investments".
2) Locate the saved investment(s) or account(s) under the "Saved" section.
3) Select "Resume" to continue from where you left off for your new investment(s) or account(s).
Please note that each saved investment(s) or account(s) will expire after 30 days.
1) Navigate to "Accounts" in the main menu. Under "New investments", select "View pending investments".
2) Locate the saved investment(s) or account(s) under the "Saved" section.
3) Select the "garbage can" icon and then "Yes" to delete your saved investment(s) or account(s).
Please note that each saved investment(s) or account(s) will expire after 30 days.
In some instances, we may require an original copy of your transfer form(s).
1) Navigate to "Accounts" in the main menu. Under "New investments", select "View pending investments".
2) Locate the investment(s) or account(s) under the "Submitted" section.
3) Select "Action(s) required" and then "View & print" to open the transfer form(s).
4) You can then proceed to download and print the form(s).
In some instances, we may require specifc documents to process your new investment(s) or account(s).
1) Navigate to "Accounts" in the main menu. Under "New investments", select "View pending investments".
2) Locate the investment(s) or account(s) under the "Submitted" section.
3) Select "Action(s) required" and then "View details".
4) Review the required documentation and select "Upload" to attach all of the requested documents.
5) Select "Submit" to send the documents to us.
Please note that joint-owner(s) can upload their personal documents by logging into their own Oaken Digital profile.
1) Navigate to "Accounts" in the main menu. Under "New investments", select "View pending investments".
2) Locate the investment(s) or account(s) under the "Submitted" section.
3) Under the "Investment(s)/Account(s)" column, select the underlined title of your investment type to view the details.
